The Flour Sack Girls are the McGill girls from McGill's Curb Market, just a short stroll down the street from the Mercantile. They were delighted to model these aprons, though we're fairly certain they agreed only after someone mentioned there would be fresh lemonade and a slice of pie waiting when the photographs were finished.
