"You're going to need bigger baskets," he called after them with a grin.

The young man laughed. "You think we'll pick that many?"

Mark smiled.

"No. I think you'll eat half of them before you get back to the car."

He picked up a packet of strawberry plants from the display.

"Daddy always said strawberries teach patience all winter... and self-control all summer."

Then he shrugged.

"I've never been very good at the second part."
